System description

BYZNYS VR® System is the highest version of ERP systems of BYZNYS® Class Products. System supports the newest trends on ICT market. To name some new properties of system:
 

  • Development on Microsoft .NET technology,
  • Support of new trends (menu in ribbon, format support, user desktop)
  • Optimalization for MS Windows Vista (Gadgets, Windows Aero),
  • Communication with MS Office system 2007 (plastic graphs, BVR Office component),
  • Support of newest formats - DOCx, XPS,

The goal of BYZNYS VR®  system is more user comfort, which will be accomplished by higher flexibility of system, which can be set to individual user level setup, by link to MS Office system or by bringing actual information to user desktop without starting the system. Second goal of this system is complete support of multilevel project planning and direction with the link to modules Trade Orders and Information or to individual business transaction (CODE) of the company. Partial projects, together with individual business transaction information and Card of Order make complete picture of realized actions of a company.


System attractivity and ergonomy
After analysis of user everyday behavior working on ERP system the developers of J.K.R., spol. s r.o.  company conclude that it is necessary to work on attractivity, ergonomy and system design in a manner, which will enable the user to have more convenient access to work  and offers. The result is BYZNYS VR®, system, which will allow to display applications in whole screen or just as a panel on part of the screen, it also can display offers in ribbon for easier orientation of the user, it displays its own thumbnail above every document in disc or in centre of shared documents for better choosing of the document, or it displays user defined combinations of lists, forms or systems with different multiversion companies,.
 
Ergonomic items are second aspect of higher amiability of BYZNYS VR® system. For example automatic texts (general oriented or targeted to certain forms), window for starting favorite or last used offers, lists of general details over every record in system, central search, which is used according to newest trends, used for example in environment of operating system MS Windows Vista.
